Our legacy

In the past, our grandfathers’ durable, hard-wearing workers’ jackets were a source of pride for them. Kiplay Vintage is passionate about updating the work clothes produced in our workshops since 1921 for contemporary wardrobes. Inspired by Kiplay patterns from the time, some garments have been hand-darned just like in the old days.

This cross-body bag, inspired by 1920s work clothes, can be worn effortlessly across your body or over your shoulder thanks to its long strap. Made in France out of: Moleskin 100% – Cotton 390 g/m² Details:

What should you know about Moleskin fabric?

Visually, this fabric provides a unique look. Its shorn velvet appearance, reminiscent of a mole’s fur (hence its name, Mole Skin), sets it apart from conventional fabrics. Made in France using cotton, it is also very hard-wearing. This characteristic makes it an ideal choice still today for work clothes.
